• What else do I get in addition to Query Optimization?

  Query optimization is just one of the many capabilities offered by EverSQL. EverSQL can also monitor your databases, alert you on any performance incidents. Also, it can optimize your schema and indexes, offer cost saving opportunities, and much more.

• What's an optimization credit?

  1 credit = 1 query optimization. Once you submit a query for optimization, the amount of credits in your account will be reduced by one. Rest assured that we won't reduce any credits in case you didn't get any optimization recommendations for the query you've submitted.

• Do optimization credits carry over to the next month?

  Customers subscribed to a yearly plan can pre-load all credits in advance for the entire year. On the monthly plans, unfortunately the credits do not carry over from month to month. The number of credits will reset to your plan's credit allocation each month. A new month starts at the same date in the month in which you subscribed to the service.

• Do I have to pay to optimize queries?

  You can start tuning your queries instantly and at no cost, using our free version. With the free version you'll be able to optimize 1 query for free. Once you get to experience the magic, we invite you to have a look at our flexible subscription plans. Don’t give us that look ;) Imagine you could pay a few dollars to get your queries optimized, Bam!, just like that.

• How does your pricing work?

  We’re offering a tiered subscription service, and our pricing is based on the number of queries you are planning to optimize each month. In addition, the Plus and Pro subscriptions include advanced insights you can get with the automatic Performance Sensor, such as automatically detecting new slow queries, predict future performance bottlenecks and more.

• Can I pay monthly?

  Sure. We offer monthly and yearly plans. You can save up to 40% with the yearly plan, but monthly is totally cool too.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept payments via PayPal, all major Credit Cards, ApplePay, Wire Transfers (ACH/SEPA/BACS), and Purchase Orders. We do not consider donuts or apple pies as a method of payment, no matter how delicious you are making them :)

• Can I change my plan or cancel my subscription?

  Yes, sure, absolutely. You can change plans or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you won't be billed on the next billing cycle.

• When upgrading, will I get a refund for for my previous subscription?

  Upgrades are prorated based on the amount of optimization credits you used in the last billing cycle of the previous plan. If you didn't use any credits before the upgrade, you'll get a full refund within 24 hours. If you used all of your credits, you are not eligible for a refund. If you used some of the credits, you may be eligible for a relative refund. Contact us for additional assistance.

• What about VAT / taxes?

  All prices exclude tax, mainly because there is different tax applied in different countries. For credit card payments, local taxes will be added upon subscription, according to the details you'll provide. Please note that for purchase orders and wire transfers, all fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties and similar governmental charges, and the customer is responsible for payment of all such amounts, including sales tax, value added tax (VAT), withholding taxes, export, import and other duties imposed by any governmental agency in connection with this Agreement.
